Skirt Protest

We have no idea what the above protest or gathering was for, but we do know all the girls in attendance felt obligated to appear at half-mast. A picture was taken in a Japanese high school.

Some explain that “it’s just a typical check by the teacher there to make sure that u wear underwear when u go to school so u don’t get harass when you wear short skirt”. Whatever happen, this is not supposed to be put in an education system and teacher should not be allowed to have the authority ask student to do such a thing like this.
